• The cap is on opening another

  Drop to a smaller plan and every branch you already have keeps trading — its staff, its rosters and its stamps are untouched. The limit only applies to opening one more.

• Deleting your account is not cancelling

  A subscription bought through Apple or Google can only be cancelled there. Cancel first, then close the account, or the billing carries on.
