Features

One app for the wallet, the counter and the back office

Every feature below is in the shipping app. Nothing here is a roadmap item.

Features for shops

  • Scan to stamp

The counter app opens the camera and lands the stamp. The stamp, the card and the event are written in one transaction, so your history and the card cannot disagree.

  • Two programme builders

A stamp card or a points programme, built in a stepper over a live preview. Edits are held until you publish, so a half-finished card never reaches a wallet.

  • Your card, your colours

Pick the colour, the stamp mark, the reward and the stamp count. Amber still means reward ready, whatever you choose.

  • Statistics and a busy heatmap

Built from your own trading hours and the stamps that actually landed. Close a day and it leaves every chart.

  • Customer feedback

Read what members leave and answer it from the same screen.

  • Promos and birthday offers

Send to everyone holding your card, or to this month’s birthdays. Consent is checked per customer, not per device.

  • Employees and permissions

Staff are records you manage, not accounts. A shared till identifies whoever is on it with a PIN.

  • Roster, shifts and payroll

Plan the week, count the hours people actually clocked, and see what they add up to. End a shift somebody forgot to close.

  • Clock in at the branch

Optional: require staff to be at the shop to start and stop a shift. Off unless you turn it on, and it forgives a vague GPS fix rather than sending a barista home.

  • Counter poster and join link

An A5 print with your QR, plus a plain web join link that works on a phone without the app.

  • Branches and trading hours

Company details, branches and the hours that drive the heatmap.

  • Plans in the app

Subscribe through the store your phone already trusts. We never see a card number.

The card your shop designs is the card they carry

Pick the colour, the stamp mark, the reward and how many stamps it takes. Amber still means reward ready, whatever you choose. When a camera will not focus, a four-character code clears it instead.
