From paper card to first stamp, in an afternoon
Six steps. Five of them are yours, one belongs to the customer standing at your counter.

Create the shop account
Your email, your shop, your branches. The shop and the owner are the same account, so there is nothing to link up afterwards.

Build the card
A stepper over a live preview: colour, stamp mark, reward wording, how many stamps. Nothing reaches a wallet until you publish.

Print the counter poster
Your logo, your join QR and the code in words. Save it to Files, AirDrop it or print it — it is one A5 sheet.

Add your staff
Employees are records with a counter PIN and permissions, not separate accounts. The till stays signed in as the shop.

Start stamping
Staff scan a member code, or type the member number. The stamp appears on the customer’s phone without a refresh.

Hand over the reward
A full card shows as owed the moment you scan. One button clears it and records it. The four-character code covers a camera that will not focus.
The counter poster
Print an A5 sheet from the admin tab: your shop name, your logo, the join code as a QR, and the code in words underneath for the customer whose camera will not focus.

A phone without the app still works
The join code is an ordinary web address, not an app link, because the person it is for is standing at a counter without the app. A phone that has tenStampd opens the app; a phone that does not opens the same page in a browser and can still join.
